Functional Polyester staple fiber is produced according to customer’s requirements, and it has passed BS5852, ASTM E2149-10 also can be inspected before shipment is available.

1  Stable quality

Raw material is the most important for the quality control. Our raw material is PET flakes which are made of clean drinking bottles. We have dozens of staple suppliers with good quality PET flakes, and we keep developing new suppliers. In that case, we could keep our stock at a level of 2000MT, while the capacity is 100 MT per day. Therefore, we could keep the quality almost same from lot to lot.

2  Nice resilience

The resilience of PSF is decided by raw materials’ viscose. The higher of the IV, the resilience is better. We have our own quality inspection department to inspect the IV of each lot, and the IV value of all the material we are going to use must be over 0.72

3  Effective control on Fusion points

The fusion points of the fiber caused by the PVC content in the raw material. The more PVC, the more fusion points. We will not use the material which has more than 200ppm PVC. We use oven test to inspect the PVC content and also ask our suppliers use the same way to test it and then control the PVC content effectively.

4  Bright color

We only use the raw material with less than 1000ppm yellow flakes after oven test, the color of the whole material will not turn yellow, and then the final produced fiber will show good and bright color.

Black and Color Polyester Staple Fiber

Our color fiber is solution-dyed rather than stock-dyed.
The difference between “Solution-Dyed” and “Stock-Dyed” The color fastness of solution-dyed is much better than that of stock-dyed. Our “SPRE” colored PSF use a solution-dying process in which the color is manufactured into and throughout the fiber. This gives the fiber consistent and durable color that stands up in tough environment, such as sustained direct sunlight, abrasion, or chemical exposure. We could match any sample you sent to us, both on color and quality. We will work closely with you to meet your requirements.

3 The colored polyester staple fiber of low shrinkage.

It’s mainly used for needle punched fabric such as automotive interior, roof interior fabric etc.
Common PSF’s shrinkage is about 9%, sometimes it’s over 10%, but some industrial usage has strict shrinkage requirement, we have done many tests during production process to meet this standard, and we finally master the critical technology on how to control the shrinkage of polyester staple fiber.
Now we can supply two kinds of shrinkage. 
One is within 5% 
Another one is within 4%

Remarks: The method of shrinkage test condition is at 180 centigrade for half an hour.
