1. Can I choose a cheaper shipping method?

   Yes of course. We can also ship your lashes through other express. But the delivery time is longer, it’ s 5-10 days.

2. Can I order pre made fans lashes longer than 15 mm?

   We still suggest you order pre made fans in 8-15 mm lengths. Because we usually have them enough in stock. We can ship them ASAP after ordering.

   We can also make them in 16 17 mm lengths. But our production plan is made two months in advance. And these two lengths are not the sizes what most customers usually ask for. So the minimum order is 500 trays of each sizes and the lead time is about 2 months.

3. Can you put the strips in the middle of the pre made fans?

  We usually make 10D 0.05 mm lashes with the tapes on the middle of lashes. Because 0.05 mm thickness is too thin, we have to do this to increase its curl retention time (prevent it from straightening).  The disadvantage is that the eyelashes are not easy to grasp.

  For 3D 4D 5D 6D lashes, the curls can be well maintained. So we usually make them with the tapes on the base. It’ s easier for you to pick them up.

4.the strip is always stuck on the pallet and is not easy to clean.how can we solve it?

We can make your print label with foil backed.

It’s easy removal and no residue on the pallet.

5.what’s the lead time of your lashes?

If you order lashes what we usually have in stock,we can ship them right now.

If you order lashes with your logo on,the lead time of pre made fans is 3-5 days,it’s 5-10 days of individual lashes.we need another 3-5 days to design and print your private label.
