A: Our MOQ is 1 piece, but you need to pay the module fee.

 

Q: How to customize a sample?

A: You give us your requirement, such as size, connector, operating voltage, viewing angle and so on. Our engineer will design in accordance with your requirement. We will start the sample production, when you confirm the design.

 

Q: When do you ship the sample?

A: After about 15 days when you confirm the final design and pay the module fee.

 

Q: Can the module fee be returned?

A: Yes, if the quantity meets our standard.

 

Q: Can I get a lower price if I order more products?

A: Yes, the more products you order, the cheaper the price will be.

 

Q: When you ship my mass order?

A: Normally after 30 days after your payment.

 

Q: What is the normal payment terms?

A: For samples and small-quantity orders, we recommend 100% payment in advance. As for mass orders, we require 30% in advance, and balance before our delivery.
