1. What payment terms do you accept?

2. Can I get the sample before order?

It is our pleasure to provide you free samples,  and freight collect. But if you want to make your own design , here has sample fee and will return it to you when placing an order for the design.

3.  How  many  is your MOQ? Can mix colors and sizes?

Usually our MOQ is 48 pairs of each color  for each style, can mix sizes.

4. what about the delivery time?

Usually the delivery time for ready style is 3 days, for custom style with small quantity is 15 to 25 days, bulk order is 35 to 40 days. It can be negotiated if have special requirements.

5. Does your price include shipping cost?

Our price is ex-factory price only, does not include shipping costs, please contact our sales staff for the shipping charges.

6. What are your after-sales guarantee services?

Our company provides 90 days of cargo quality assurance after shipment. If there is quality problem within 90 days, our company will reissue the goods in time or with a refund.
