The PS plate is a pre-coated photosensitive layer that can be used for printing on a flat plate (GB9851 .5-90).
Characteristics
The lipophilic portion of the PS plate is a diazo photosensitive resin with a high publication base of about 3 μm. It is a good lipophilic hydrophobic film, and the ink is easily spread on it, but water is difficult to spread on it. The diazo photosensitive
resin also has good abrasion resistance and acid resistance.
If the photosensitive film is deuterated by baking at a temperature of 230 to 240 ° C for 5 to 8 minutes, the hardness of the
printing plate can be increased, and the printing durability of the printing plate can reach 200,000 to 300,000 sheets. The
hydrophilic part of the PS plate is a film of aluminum oxide, and the high-planar base plane is about 0.2 to 1 μm. The
hydrophilicity, wear resistance and chemical stability are relatively good, and the printing durability of the printing plate is
also relatively high.
The PS version has fine sand and high resolution, and the formed dots are smooth and complete, so the color reproduction is good
and the image clarity is high. The blank part of the PS plate has a high water content, and the printing plate consumes a large
amount of water. Water and ink balance are easy to control.
