The slurry pump sucks the mud from the mud pit , then enter into bottom layer screen of shale shaker, the coarse particles will be separated out and the mud flow to mud storage tank through the bottom screen of shale shaker.the centrifugal pump takes mud form the recycling tank ,and feed to desander cone with pressure for centrifuge separation. the solid/sands be discharged to upper shaker from outlet nipple of the desander cone. after dewatering process of the upper shaker, the fine solids was separated out. the mud passed the upper shaker returns back recycling tank, the clean mud entered into intermediary tank through desander cone overflow pipe. the mud in the intermediary tank will go out through outlet pipe or go back to recycling tank depends on the fluid level in the recycling tank .
in the mud circulation process , there is a fluid level float switch between intermediary tank and recycling tank ,it can balance the fluid level in the recycling tank. when mud level is low in the tank .when the mud level is too high in the recycling tank ,the mud overflow to the intermediary tank and go out from the outlet pipe . if operators want to get high quality clean fluid , the feeding capacity to system can be reduced,can the repeat cleaning process to get the result
