Product Description

Ridge building machine, a kind of agricultural machinery. At present, has been successfully developed, batch production, has been a national patent. It consists of a rack, a limiting wheel, a ridge plough, a repressing molding device and a traction frame. The ridge plough is fixed on the mounting seat by locking screw, the mounting seat is fixed on the frame by u type screw; the repressing molder is fixed on the square shaft through the square hole, and the square shaft is connected to the frame through the bearing of the belt seat. The limiting wheel is connected with the cylinder pin and the frame through the square tube vertical arm. The frame is welded with a traction frame. The machine is connected with the tractor after 3 o'clock by traction frame. When the tractor is moving forward, the two ploughs on the front of the machine are first ploughed into the soil, pushing the soil to the center of the frame, and into the ploughing range of the plough on the back of the ridge, and the ploughs of the latter two ridge ploughs continue to plough and cultivate a large amount of soil into earthen ridges. As the machine rolls, the molder compacts the raised earth ridge. Once into the ground, you can complete the operation of the ridge, the ridge is tall and rugged.
