About us

Its structure is composed of a tong body, a base, a lead nut, a lead screw, a jaw body and the like. The movable clamp body is slidably engaged with the guide rail of the fixed clamp body through the guide rail. The lead screw is mounted on the movable tongs and can be rotated but cannot move axially and cooperates with the screw nut mounted in the fixed caliper body. When the handle is rotated to rotate the lead screw, the movable clamp body can be moved axially relative to the fixed clamp body to play the role of clamping or relaxing. The spring is fixed to the lead screw by means of a retaining ring and a split pin, and the function of the movable clamp body can be withdrawn in time when the lead screw is relaxed. The fixed jaws and the movable jaws are each equipped with steel jaws and fixed with screws. The working surface of the jaw is provided with a cross-web which is not easy to slip after the workpiece is clamped. The jaws are hardened by heat treatment and have good wear resistance. The fixed clamp body is mounted on the rotary seat and can be rotated around the rotation axis of the rotary seat. When the desired direction is turned, the clamping handle is pulled to tighten the clamping screw, and the clamp can be fixed by the clamping disk. The clamp body is fastened. There are three bolt holes on the swivel for fixing with the tongs.
