   A: No deposit For stock but full payment before shipping .For OEM order ,30% deposit and 70% balance before shipoping     

4.Q: What is your warranty? And How to deal with defective goods?

   A: Generally it will be 2 years. If the goods occurs to bad quantity , just return to us or if necessary to send a engineer to repair
