Fiberglass Self-adhesive Tape used for Drywall, Gypsum Board Self adhesive Fiberglass tape
is used for covering the joints between drywall panels. The major benefit of fiberglass tape is how
easy it is to install. Because it is self-adhesive, fiberglass tape doesn't need to be embedded in a layer
of joint compound, as paper drywall tape does. But fiberglass tape is more prone to cracking than paper
drywall tape, so use setting-type joint compound to create a stronger surface.

This tape is very strong self- adhesive and used in various construction applications.
These include reinforcing wall cracks, board cracks, plasterboard cracks and marble cement;
in addition to repairing drywall joints.
