A: It depend on the complexity of your items. If we have mould, the time to make the sample is about 5-12 days.

A: We arrange the production after receiving your deposit(30%) , Generally, it requires around 35-45 days to produce new items with quantity of a 20' container.

A: We provide one year factory quality warranty.


Q: How to supply the OEM services?
A: First, we will supply some technical proposals and a quotation to you according your design drawings or original samples. After your agreement, we produce the samples for you.


Q: What kind of test for this product?
A: We can meet Europe and America standard Eco test such as REACH,EN71.,etc.We also can assist to do the test if needed.
