A: 1) Generally the samples will be sent immediately by the air express in 3-5days if the goods are in stock.
2) Normally with 7-15 days after received payment. Please confirm with us before order.

Generally, it is 5-10 days if the goods are in stock. OR it is 25-35 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to quantity and Season.

A: For small order with light weight we prefer EXPRESS.

A: If have any quality problems during use, all the products can be returned or according to consumer's requests.

Q: How long is the smaple LEAD TIME?
A:Sample time: 3-5days for exsiting specification. 10-15days for customized items.
Q: What's your MOQ?
A: It depends on your item size. But we accept lower quantity for your trail order.
Generally speaking, our MOQ is 1000pcs, which varies with different products, but small test order is also available.
If we have stock MOQ 1 sets is ok, if not, the MOQ is 1000pcs.
Actually, we did not set the amount of Minimum Order Quantity, as long as 10 or even a customer there.
However, you should understand the quantity, relative to the cost is low, the price will be even better, as a small number, you may want to pay higher unit price.
