Product Description
PTFE fiberglass open mesh conveyor belt
Open mesh belts are constructedwith PTFE impreganated coated fiberglass, aramid(or both) and polyester mesh materials that are both durable and food safe. A wide selection of splice, edge and tracking options ensures that belts are constructed in the best way of their intended purpose.
Belts are available in any length , and widths of up to 4000mm.
Features
1. Non-stick surface;
2.Chemical resistance, anti corrion for the resins on the surface;
3.Exceptional strength and dimensional stability;
4. high temperature resistance -70 to 260℃ (-100 ℉ to +550 ℉) perfect for many drying application.

1.Silk screen dryer;shrink tunner; UV dryer; rotary printing machine;
2.Drying textiles and non-woven materials;
3.Side and base sealing auto pack machines;
4.Re-soldering and ink drying cable braiding;
5.Food drying and so on

Belt guiding/tracking types
A guide system is essential for most of PTFE belts. Guiding maybe external guiding systems or by combining a system in the belt construction, such as metal studs, Teflon pins or eyelets. External. Electrical or mechanical system are preferred, since they are suitable for all widths of belts and prolong belt life by preventing edge damage due to incorrect tracking.
Tips for optimizing belt life; Run at low tensions, use only flat rollers, ensure each roller is aligned properly and utilize an automatic guiding system.
GUIDES
The belts run with tracking guides inserted in to one edge or two edges of the belt that then locate in to a machined groove in the rollers of the conveyor. This prevents the belts from tracking off and extends the belts life.
If clients guides size is not the same as ours, it doesn’t matter, as long as the groove size of the roller is similar to our guides, then our guides is workable.
Metal Eyelets
We can make different diameter eyelets to both sides of any type belt. It is possible to connect eyelets with springs for belt tracking. Please consult our technical person if different size of diameters are requested.
