Place 8-10 drops your favorite essential oils for diffuser. Close lid. Press "on" and let the aroma fill the room.
2. Bath:
When you feel sore all over, add 10 drops of Lavender essential oil, 5 drops of Peppermint essential oil, 5 drops of Sweet Orange,
1 tablespoon of Jojoba carrier oil, and a handful of Epsom salt into a water-filled bathtub, and sit inside for at least 15
minutes.
3.Cleaning:
Lemon is a particularly good essential oil for cleaning wood flooring. To a spray bottle, add 2 cups of distilled water, 2
tablespoons of white vinegar, and 10 drops lemon essential oil.
