1.How does the biogas production?

Organic matter (such as human, animal dung, crop residues, grass, leaves and plant organic waste, etc.) under anaerobic conditions, a flammable gas through the interaction generated by a variety of microorganisms, we call this the flammable gas as biogas.

2.What the main components of biogas?

Biogas is mainly methane, a flammable gas mixed. General biogas containing 55-70% methane, 25-40% carbon dioxide, and small amounts of hydrogen sulfide, nitrogen, hydrogen, carbon monoxide, oxygen.

3.What are the application of biogas?

The biogas can be used for cooking, lighting, power generation, Boiler, for the plastic greenhouses and barns warming and insulation, provide fertilizer for the vegetable greenhouse gas carbon dioxide, it can also be used to fresh fruit.

4.Basic condition should be for biogas fermentation?

Enough biogas raw materials;

A certain amount of anaerobic activated sludge;

Appropriate temperature;

Suitable pH (PH value and alkalinity)

Fermentation of raw materials is essential to have a microbial growth nutrients;

Suitable stirring;

Prevent toxic substance to inhibit biogas fermentation process.

5.Why the using biogas need to be desulfurizer and dewater and Biogas Pump?

The Biogas including 70% CH4, CO2 and also have H2S and H2O. When the H2S Mix with H20 Will become to Sulfurous acid. Acid Gas will destroyed the Metal Kitchen Stove, and the same time, the formation of rust fouling will block the Hole, Making the kitchen working.

6. Why My Biogas Digester is different with 4 season?

Biogas Micro Organism is kind of hemophilic. The Faster the biogas producing will cost the organic matter. On the countryside the weather temperature, high the biogas will more, the low temperature, the biogas is less. So In Summer Time the producing biogas is different with winter season.

7. How to making the biogas producing quickly and more?

- The first time feeding the digester should adding some sludge around 20%
- The Day during the feeding digester, should choose a highest temperature. Like Afternoon
- If you didn't have enough sludge, you can add some waste warm water.
