1. Material :
We use 15 mm PP plate (Polypropylene )/ 15 mm PVC (Polyvinyl chloride )to make tanks, It's our standard thickness of Plate . And we also could customized thickness of PP/PVC plate according to our clients' demands.
and As I said before ,we also did survey on Chinese Market , Most of Manufacturers use 10 - 12 mm PP plate to make tanks . We have more confident of tanks' quality .
2. Strengthes of Tank :
There are 2 Strengthes Lines ( 40 *80 mm )outside of tank , Galvanized Square Pipe with PP cover.

3. Test Before delivery :
In fact , we are factory of making all kinds of electroplating machines and tanks , so for making sure electroplating machine or tanks
Could works well , we always test them before delivery .
If there is any question , we could find it and fix it timely before delivery . Only in this way can we promise everything is okay when
our clients receive the machine or tanks.
For Machine :
When we finish all tanks , we will assemble all parts and run the machine . And we usually show pictures or videos when we test it .
And we also warmly welcome our client come our factory to have a visit of machine before delivery . They could test machine in our factory directly .
