1. Q:Can I be your distributor/agent in my area?
A:Yes, we are looking for distributor / agent all over the world for our brand.

2.Q:.Are you a qualified manufacturer? Where is your factory?
A:Yes, our factory focus on hygiene products ,which located in Zhumadian city, Henan province China. Our office address is in the capital city of Zhengzhou.

It takes about 3 hours from Zhengzhou High-speed Rail Station to the factory.

3.Q:Can I get free samples before placing the bulk order?
A: Yes, free samples are available; you just need to pay the express fee and this fee will be reimbursed when bulk order fixed.

4.Q: Can I put my own label and packing on the products?
A: yes, customer design, label and packing (OEM & ODM) services are highly welcomed. We have strong R&D team here to help you.

5.Q:Could I get a lower price if I order large quantity of an item?
A:Yes,of course, the unit price gets lower as order quantity increases.

6.Q:which countries have you ever exported to?
A: We have exported to East Europe, South America, Africa, Middle East, Southeast Asia ect.

7. How long is the delivery time?

25-30 days after the deposit confirmation.

8. What's your MOQ?

For 2 size, MOQ is 20GP.

For 4 mixed, MOQ is 40HQ.

9. How about payment terms?

For new client: 30% T/T, balance should be paid upon copy of B/L; L/C at sight.

Old clients with very good credit would enjoy better payment terms!
