The main raw material is PVC and additives includes calcium carbonate and stabilizer( lead free and with lead)
First make all the raw materials together on a requested proportion based on the board type you need on our auto-proportioning technology equipment, then into main machine for foaming, into the mould pressing into board, finally cooling by the water.
