1.Can i order only 200pcs or lower than MOQ?Can i have mixed colors 200pcs?
Answer:You can order one color for these 200pcs for your first order as sample order,or if we have stock,we can offer you mixed colors for small order.
2.If i want to order my own design,can you make it?
It depends on the complexity of the design,if it's simple,we can make according to your picture,if it's complicated,you'd better send us a sample to arrange the mass production for you,otherwise we only make as similar as possible by picture.
3.How do you deliver the goods?
Usually delivery by DHL/UPS,If small quantity sample orders,e-packet/China post air parcel available if ok for you.
4.Do you have a catalogue or pricelist for all your product?
We do not make an catalogue for all the products,because there are too many designs of products,the file will huge in size,you can browse our website and tell me the product number i will send you the detail with price accordingly.
5.If i need to make a sample,what is the cost?
Sample cost will be returned after order confirmed.
Or you can confirm your order first,we will arrange sample for your confirmation before mass production.
6.Are you factory?
We are factory,but we also have some long term cooperation factories to make part of the accessories for our product so as to optimize the resource to reduce cost.
