Introduction of Vegetable Blanching Machine:

 

Function: Cooking/Boiling, Blanching, Pasteurization

  1. The cooking and blanching machine is mainly used for the treatment of vegetable/fruit. The double-layer net belt of the equipment is set to effectively press the blanched vegetables into the hot water completely, so that the vegetables can be blanched evenly.
  2. The net belt speed is stable and adjustable, and the equipment is equipped with pneumatic angle seat valve. When the temperature in the blanching tank reaches the required temperature, it will be automatically closed to save energy. The line is suitable for pre cooking of vegetables and fruits. It has the characteristics of good temperature control, high efficiency and labor saving.
  3. The machine is made of 304 stainless steel and is heated by steam or heat-transfer oil. The equipment is equipped with a circulating pump to make the water flow in the blanching tank and to ensure that the water temperature in the tank is uniform. The  blanching tank is designed with an insulating layer to reduce heat loss and save energy.
  4. The upper of the equipment is designded with a steam outlet to discharge the excess waste gas. The cover is designed with a lifting device to facilitate internal cleaning, and the lower end is designed with a drain outlet to facilitate equipment cleaning.
  5. After blanching, the material is transferred to the cooling pool through the mesh belt for cooling.

  • The machine has compact structure, convenient operation and low failure rate. The heating mode adopts boiler hot water or boiler steam, which is suitable for continuous blanching and cyaniding. It completely solves the randomness caused by low automation level in the blanching process and strengthens the consistency.
