Materials
1. Bottom Deck Chairs are made of high strength plastic material, so they perform very well under normal loads and will not rust. Load strength 200kg+.
2. Concrete gray color helps them to blend in with concrete color.


Structure
1. Tested to AS/NZS 2025:2015, load strength 200kgs+.
2. Deep rebar opening for minimised rebar movement, fit max rebar diameter 30mm.
3. The feet are cylindrical, so there is minimal surface contact, making the bottom deck chair almost disappear when the formwork face is peeled off.
4. Each bottom deck chair has 5 feet, and each foot is also equipped with a triangular stabilizing structure, so the stability is excellent.
5. The cradle-shaped top of the bottom deck chair helps to locate the rebar, which is very easy to operate.
