Q1: What information should I let you know if I want to get a quotation? 
A: 1. Products Infomation: Material, Size, Ingredient, Target audience, the theme you like

2. Please send us some pictures and sample for checking if possible so we can do best as your request. Otherwise, we will recommend relevant products with details for your reference.

Q2: How do we control the product quality? 
A:   We have a well trained professional QC team, each production process will be strictly inspected and controlled before we send the goods out.

Q3: Shipping Method and Shipping Time ?
A:  1. Express courier like DHL, TNT, Fedex, UPS, EMS etc,shipping time is about 3-7 working days depends on country and area.

2. By air port to port: about 15-30days depends on port.

3. By sea port to port: about 45days

4. Agent appointed by clients.

 

Q4: What is the MOQ for your production? 
A:  The MOQ depends your requirement for color, size, material and so on. For some normal items, we have stock, will have no MOQ requirement.

Q5: What is your price terms?
A: Normally FOB(free on board), CIF(cost insurance and freight), EX-work

Q6: What is your payment terms?
A: We accept 30,60 or 90 days L/C and T/T and Western Union and MoneyGram according to your convenience.

Q7: How can I visit your factory or office?
A: Welcome your visit to FlyWolf. Please try to contact our sales managers first by email or telephone and we will make the appointment and arrangement to pick you up at the airport as soon as possible.

 

Q8: Return/Warranty

a. No refunds are offered. Only defective goods are offered exchange within 1 month since goods delivered

b. All items required exchange or fully refund should be returned back to us with the original package and no signs of abuse or damage, we will issue refunds or exchange after receiving the returned items

c. All unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
