1)Check to determine if there is any collision damage on the rolling machine surface paint.And if the roll surface is rusty.If the above situations occur,please contact us immediately.
2)Connect the power supply,and ensure the machine operate correctly.
2.Transportation information of products
Customers can track the shipping progress of the rolling machine with information from the B/L.We will also keep track of shipping until customers have received the rolling machine.
Warranty period and replacing spare parts
1) Within the warranty period,we will offer spare parts for damaged parts that have not been damaged due to incorrect
operation.The warranty period is 14 months from the date of the B/L.
2) Outside of the warranty period ,replacement parts for electrical components are available in your local area as they are all sourced from internationally know brands.customers can also contact us and we will offer spare parts at cost.We will also assist you in purchasing options in your local area in order to solve problem as quickly as possible.
3) If you meed us to perform on site service,we will send a technician,and you will be covering costs for
transportation,accommodations ans salaries.
