All of our fat tire electric bike are guaranteed and backed by our technical assistance and considerate service. Furthermore, we usually send you a certain percentage of spare parts free of charge based on 40HQ container order, and the value should be equal to 2% of the total payment. During the guaranteed period, any of the parts could be replaced upon receipt of your photos for proof. We can also offer training service for your staff at our factory if needed.

7. Wheel rims, rear rack and kickstand: 6 months The warranty is only valid within the country the bicycle was purchased. Whereas,it is not valid for normal wear, misuse or neglect,improperly operation, damage or failure due to accident, parts or accessories not originally intended or compatible,modification of the frame, fork or other main components.

A: Generally, we pack our goods in neutral white boxes and brown cartons. If you have legally registered patent,
we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.
