The lamps cup also have good quality and poor quality.
We use High Temperature Glass / CRYSTOE and NEOPARIES lamps cups.
3.Housing
Some of the suppliers will use second hands housing for the lamp module.
We will used 100% new housing for the lamp.
4.Accessories and Assembly
Cement
The temperature of the burner can reach to 1000+ degree.
The cement is very important for the lamps.
Lamps assembly follow the standard data.Different lamps have different data and focus.
Testing
for final brightness and focus is very important for the lamps.
QC: Lamp only allow to be packed after Quality Checking.

Before placing an order, please do comfirm the problem is from the projector/TV, or the lamp. Wrong judgment will bring us a lot of problems. Usually, the projector or the television does not work or poor picture , it caused from the following aspects:

1. To help you customs clearance more easily, we usually write USD5 for each bulb of the declared amount, (Brazil ,Russia will write USD15, India USD20). If you have any requirements of the value, please let us know on time.
