A: Of course, we usually provide existing sample for free. Customers afford the transportation cost.For the new item, we can finish the sample mold within 3 days.
Q: What’s the delivery time of your products?
A:15 days for the quantity less than 200,000pcs, need to negotiate for big quantity.
Q: How does your factory do regarding quality control.
A: Quality is priority. we will do 100% quality inspection before shipment.
Q:what is your terms of payment?
A:Normally T/T, but we also accept L/C ，For mass production: 30% deposit before mass production,the balance is against the copy of B/L.
Q:Can we use our own logo and design ?
A:Yes, you can. We'll start new mould according to your logo or design . For Logo file must be AI file. The mould cost can be discussed.
