High Modulus Tory Carbon Fiber

The prepreg we use is weaved with high modulus carbon fiber (Toray T700, T800 and T1000) and impact resistance nanoment resin, which is the basis to make strong, stiff while light weight carbon bike components.

PU and EPS (3D mandrel) Technology

PU and EPS (3D mandrel) Technology are used to smoothen the inner surface of frame, well proportion frame wall thickness, which improve the strength and durability of frame.

LightCarbon has been specialized in manufacturing of carbon fiber bike frame and fork since founded in 2012. Our factory is located in Huizhou City, Guangdong Province, China.

All of our carbon frames and forks are made of high modulus carbon fiber (Toray T700, T800 and T1000), and they are tested under new ISO4210 standard. In addition, we raise the test standard up to 20% to do stricter testing. 

We offer ODM and OEM service. We are experienced in developing private mould, and make custom decal&painting, so as to help you differenciate from others.

In 2015, we established alliance with YishunBike (pro carbon rim manufacturer and wheel builder in Xiamen City) in the way of cross-shareholding. By this way, we are able to supply carbon rim and wheel with same price as them.

carbon frame ---> 2000 sets/month,     carbon rim  ---> 5000 pcs/month

carbon fork ---> 3500 pcs/month,         carbon wheel ---> 1000 pairs/month
