1. The COB LED strip cannot connect to car battery directly. If use on car battery need to add a resistor to limit the current.
2. The COB strips produce very much heat, need to add heatsink or a radiator.
3. The COB strip itself is waterproof, but the wiring parts need to be waterproof handled additionally.
4. The COB strip is not flexible, can only bent a little.

Q1. Can I have a sample order for the COB LED lights?
A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.
Q2. What about the lead time?
A: Existing products can be sent in 1-3 days, customized Sample needs 12-15 days, mass production time needs around 15 days.
Q3. Do you have any MOQ limit for cob led light orders?
A: For the existing products, any quantity is available. But for customized products, there's MOQ (500pcs for example).
Q4. Is the COB LED light waterproof?
A: The wiring part need to be specially handled, then the light is totally waterproof.
Q5. Are there any important tips when using the COB LED lights?
A: Firstly, must use correct power supply (Voltage and Current) for the COB.
Secondly, must add heatsink/ radiator when light it up.
Q6. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: For small orders, we usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-7 days to arrive. For large orders, we usually use Airline and sea shipping methods which may take a litter longer.
