1.What's the material of our product?

The material is tungsten carbide.(Also we have ceramic bits and diamond burs)

Note:Usually the bur is tungsten carbide head with stainless steel shank.

For FG burs we have fullbody tungsten carbide material.

And for ceramic bits, we have ceramic/stainless material and fullbody ceramic bits.

2.What color do the products have?

Normally we supply sliver color. If you want products be other color, we can do other process to make it.

3.Is  price of the product  with other color higher?

Yes. Because the products are processed with color and there is exist cost on producing, the price will be higher.

4.What about the package ?

Single bur in plastic box. (Tungsten carbide bur, HP, Ceramic bur)

Five in one foil packing. (FG carbide bur)

Ten in one plastic box. (FG diamond bur)

About the package, if you have other requirment, please inform our staff.

5.How long can i get the parcel?

Normally it depends on the quantity you order and producing plan.

Usually it takes about 1-2 weeks at normal quantity. 

If your quantity is small and there's no stock, maybe you need to wait more time.

6.What express do you use?

We send bt TNT(To USA may transfer to Fedex ).

If you have consignee number, welcome to use your appointed express.

We also support  E pack.

7.How to pay?

We accept bank transfer, paypal ,western union and T/T in advance.
