. Are you a factory? Or a trade company?

We're a factory, manufacture by ourselves. Factory is located in Wanleyuan Industrial Park, Longgang District, Shenzhen, Guangdong Province.

2. When are you established? Who is the founder? May I know his background?

In the year of 2006, Founder is Daobin Yu.

Mr Yu work in mold developing for 20 years, then start in silicone industry in 2006. He like Eco-friendly silicone very much, and he believe this will be a perfect material in kitchenware and house ware.

3. May I know the details of your raw material? Any filters in it?

We 100% surely use high quality for all our products, even for LFGB standard products, we use imported silicone material. What we do is to guarantee our customer don't have any bad feedback from their customer.

We promise that none filters are included in our material, no matter you need how cheap items, we make sure we won't put filters inside.

By the way, welcome to order samples from us, you can compare our material with other suppliers.

4. Can I send a picture to you then you open my private mold, produce the items at a competitive price?

Sure, we have own CNC machine, open new mold (make tools) by ourselves, this kind machine is efficient and exact.

We have chief engineer work on mold over 20 years. New Mold department has 10 engineers. 3D drawing can be provided for your confirm after check your sample or picture design.

Also we have 3D printer, a plastic sample can be printed then send to your office. After checking this 3D sample, you'll have closer look at our final version.

After you confirm our 3D renderings and sample, you give us final revise advice, we revise it then make new tools/molds.

Normally new mold time is 20-30 days.

We make sure mold is high quality and price is competitive.

5. What certification you obtain for your products?

We have LFGB, ROHS, REACH, CA Prop65, BPA free certification. Besides that, we have own patents on products appearance and function. All certification can be provided from our sales.

6. What payment method do you accept? Can I use Paypal?

Yeah, Paypal is okay, for sample order, no transfer cost will be charged. For bulk order, we will charge 4% Paypal transfer cost.

Besides Paypal, we accept L/C, west union, bank T/T, escrow, Trade Assurance

7. How can I get a sample?

Sample order is highly welcome. Firstly, confirm what products and which color, package you want, our sales will record your requirement, secondly send the sample cost our sales quote, to our paypal is fine. Thirdly, kindly provide your detailed shipping address, Tel number, contact for our sales, they will send out by DHL once getting your payment.

Finally, sample package tracking number will be sent to you soon after they send it.

8. How can I set an order?

1)Our sales will help you confirm all the issues, such as product size, color, package, trade term, payment term

2)Then we sign contracts or send Proforma Invoice to you, or create Online order on Alibaba (Escrow, Trade Assurance)

3)You check the details on PI or online order, then confirm it or sign it

4)Send deposit to start the order

5)Production will start soon after deposit is received

9. If I receive one broken item, how can I get my money back or get a new one?

We're very reasonable on broken items. If some items are broken or packed by mistake, kindly take photos then send to our sales, tell us how many quantity has this problem.

Our sales will gather these information, send feedback to our QC, Production Department, Packing Department or any other related staff, require them to provide a solution as soon as possible.

Final solution will provide for you within 48 hours. We discuss the solution by email or other communication tools.

PS: Acceptable defective products rate exceeds five percents: 5%

10. Is your factory BSCI audit?
