1. Q: Can you make samples according to my actual samples, special demand, design or own idea?

    A:  Our R&D dept. has experienced engineers in structure and electocircuit. And we have good cooperative factories in molds for plastic and metal. Based on these, we are able to make your special requests samples.

2. Q: What is your products warranty?

    A: Usually, one year warranty for our flashlight and other lighting products.

3. Q: How do you control quality?

      A: We are ISO9001 certified and strictly follow the ISO procedures that we have set into place. We have an excellent QC process and department. They will inspect every flashlight and lighting products and ensure every product can work before shipped out.

4. Q: May I have your samples?

    A: According to our sample policy, samples are free of charge for our common existing ones within a certain amount but customers need to bear the express charge. If customers have an international  express collect account no. for Fedex, UPS, DHL and so on. This will be more convenient for us.

If customers are satisfied with the finished samples and will place the first order, we will start to refund the sample charge. For actual refundable procedure, this will be finalized according to actual sampling charge, the first order amount and actual communications.
