Description

 

 

Commercial dough mixer is an important equipment for the food industry. The dough mixer could make the dough weight capacity from 2 kg to 200 kg. The wheat flour and the water is mixed with the ratio of 1:0.38-0.45. Moreover, the dough mixer could also mix the food oil, sugar and other ingredients with the flour to make a dough for specific food such as different kinds of bread, dumplings, pizza, hamburger, snacks, muffins, biscuits, etc.
