Precautions
Do not bend sharply. It will make the leds loose and the poor connection. Flexible PCBs are not designed for repeated flexing!
Using voltage 5V DC. higher than 5V DC will destroy it.

Q2 . How is your company?
We had 5 years experience on pixels LED production, company size : 1000 square meters 2 electronic engineers, 3 QC workers. 15 sales for now ,we located in Long Gang District, Shenzhen City.
Q3 .What are the best selling products in BTF Lighting ?

Q4 . What is the main market for BTF Lighting ?
We are selling more to EU ,market because the markets have high quality standard for LED products. The rate stands our turnover up to 50-60%. But other new markets are increasing demand of the new LED technology. We are also optimistic about the markets Asian regions.
Q5 .What LEDs do you usually use for your LED products?
For high level products, we use Epistar LED Chip; and middle level types, we mainly use San’an LED strip to find best balance between quality and cost. Other brands of LEDs are allowed according to customer’s requirement.
Q6 .Can BTF Lighting offer OEM product?
Yes, OEM products are allowed. We have an excellent design/engineering team to offer support and we have several years experience in OEM. The strips can have different size, layout, customer logos and labels. We will strictly follow the principal that we won’t disclose or sell customer unique designs or jointly developed products to another third party.
Q7. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or EMS. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional.usually we had material in stock , regular order delivery time 2-7 days after the order paid.Custom products 8--15 days.
Q8 . How can I take order?
You can take order online direct or choose underline paid ,I will make the PI to you.it’s up to you .both of them very convenient .
