FAQ
1. How to customize my CUSTOM products?
A: You can provide us your AI,CDR,PSD,PDF,EPS file, our designer will send you the artwork to confirm and provide you small color swatch panel. After confirmation, we will send you samples about 3-5 days.
2. If I don't have AI, PSD,CDR fiile, what should we do?
A:You can send us your design by JPG or just your idea,our designer can help you finish the perfect design.
3. How to pay?
A: TT and Western Union payment are acceptable.For small sample order,we prefer to use Western Union since it's fast.For big mass order,we always use Bank Transfer(TT) since it's safe.
4. What is the delivery time?
A: It depends on order quantity.Generally, the delivery time will be no more than one month.
5.Can I add my own label & Hang tags?
A: Yes,you can send us your label & hang tags then we can add on your clothes.If you don't have it,then send us your artwork,then we can help you make labels here.
