Process of Embossing

1.Set the position for molds you will stick to the heating platen.

2.Preheat the machine. Set the temperature between 220-235℃. and the time about 8sec.

3.Make the heating platen press down.After 8sec. it will auto release.

4.Use the machine to do the embossing.But before doing embossing,you need to know there is the step that scrape the silicone(as well as screen printing)on the pieces fabric.

 Process of Silicone

1.Preheat the machine.Set time about 170-220℃.

2.Mix color liquid,curing agent and the silicone together in proportion.

3.put them into the vacuum machine to let the air go out.

4.scrape the items on the mold.Finally,you can press it.
