With advanced modern production facility, our high speed punch can do more than 200 times punching per minute. The spindles and rotors after punching are uniform, and they will be  produced once in a set. Therefore, it can reduce manual error,as well as to guarantee the  production speed.

The mechanical winding machine can wind around to coil assembly automatically according  to the turn number, in order to make sure that the turn number of each coil is same so as to avoid to influence the motor function.  

There are a set of mechanical facility for inserting, shaping, wrapping and checking in the  inserting line to guarantee the speed and to ensure only the qualified inserted spindle can  be brought into the assembly line.
