Q1:When can I get the price? -We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the price, please call us or tell us in your email so that we will regard your inquiry priority

Q3:Can I get a lower price if I order large quantities?
Yes, cheaper prices with more bigger size orders.
Q4: How long can i expect to get the sample? -After you pay the sample charge and send us confirmed files, the sample will be ready for delivery in 3-7 days. The samples will be sent to you via express and arrive in 3-5 workdays. You can use your own express account or prepay us if you do not have an account.
Q5:Can I add or delete items from my order if I change my mind ?
Yes, but you need to tell us asap. If your order has been done in our production line, we cannot change it. It is about 2 days after confirming the order.
Q6:When you ship my order?
Normally 15-25 days after receiving your payment, but it can be negotiated based on order qty and production schedule.
Q7:What about the lead time for mass production? -Honestly, It depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order.Generally speaking, We suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the products at your country.
