Belt Filter Press Integrated With Belt Thickening System adopts advanced technology from Austria and has a good apperance.The structure has a large stuffness, a steady operation and low noise.

It has a long wedge-shapped dewatering zone and gravity dewatering zone.It can dehydrate material sufficiently and make sure that the material will be not overflow.

Dewatering rollers are arranged in scientific way.Filtrate is respectively discharged from gravity zone,wedge-shaped zone and squeezing zone without disturbing each other.

Dewatering rollers has larger diameter and better dewatering effect, they endowed belt filter with high treatment capacity, high efficiency and energy saving.

1	It is equipped with pneumatic tensioning and auto deviation adjustment device to ensure safety operation of filter belt.
2	It adopts infrared safety guarding and comprehensive emergency shutdown device to ensure safety operation.
3	Gravity dewatering zone is equipped with advanced distributing device to scatter material uniformly and extend filter cloth's service life.
