A: We welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable. But all customers shall pay the sample fee and shipping cost, when you place an order, sample fee will return to you.
Q. What about the lead time?
A: Sample with standard requirement needs 7-15 days, mass production delivery time needs 25-35 Working days after the receipt of deposit and confirmation on all designs based of normal condition.
Q. Do you have any MOQ limit for commercial restaurant smokeless hot pot table?
A: The MOQ of our products is 10 pcs for one model one size, which can be negotiated and flexible. 1pc for sample checking is available.
Q. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: Mass production products usually ship by ocean, takes 25-45 days to arrive the port. Small amount products ship by express like DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline is also optional.

A: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%.
