A. That's the beauty of our papers, we are compatible with just about every inkjet printer available in the market. That includes HP, Epson.

Q. Do you offer any discounts for large purchases?
A. You will find our prices to be some of the lowest offered, however, if you are planning a high volume purchase ('high volume' is generally thought of as approximately 10,000 or more sheets) we'll see if we can secure even better pricing for you.

Q. What's better for high quality photos, Gloss or Satin finish?
A. Basically that depends on what you want your end result to be.  Both will provide rich true to life tones, high colour vibrancy and excellent reproductions of your prints and photos.  Some of our customers who are professional photographers prefer the 'low glare' aspect of the Satin papers, mainly for display purposes.  Bottom line is you can't go wrong with either glossy or satin paper.

Q. What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.

Q. What is your terms of delivery?
A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU.

Q. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 10 to 20 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
