KHGK Open Head Tube Orbital Welder is is a specialized auto arc welding

KHGK automatic argon arc welding machine is specially designed for welding 16 ~ 300mm Pipe - Pipe, Pipe - Elbow, Pipe - Flange, Pipe - Valve body. It suitable for various slopes and accept filling/ not filling. Can be used for carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, galvanized materials and so on.

It is always used for small capacity of singleton, especially to which have high welding quality requirements. The Welding product is wonderful. Suitable for welding the oil pipe, air pipe and other hydraulic pipe of machine.

Advantage:

1. PLC control system. The system store could have 100 different process specifications and each one can be divided into 6 sections. You can used it anytiome. .

2. Parameter setting flexibility. It could change it any time according your need. Any part such as welding current, welding speed, or pulse current etc all could be controlled by software.

3. Work normally in the field or on water. Our welding machine use forced air cooling and internal circulation water cooling. And the moder is easy to move.

4. Arc length tracking adjustment system. Automatically adjust the arc length anytime to protect the tungsten electrode.
