A1: Motor and all moving parts come with a full three-year warranty (any trouble and we ship necessary replacement items free of charge). Steel structural frame itself comes with a five year warranty.
Q2: Do you sell desk frame only or with table top together?
A2: Generally we are just selling frame only. If you really need, we can offer table top together.
Q3: If the desk does not drive at all,what to do?
A3:Check:Is the mains connected to the control box?
Try/Solution:Try to connect a lamp or similar to the mains supply to check that the supply voltage is OK.
