1.What is your MOQ?
Usually our MOQ is 2 pcs , it is to support you with samples or small trial orders to test the market. Hoping you could place larger orders gradually .
2.Can I get samples？
Sure, we usually provide exiting samples for free , but a little charge for custom designs. Samples charge is refundable when order is up to certain quantity. We usually send samples by Fedex, UPS ,TNT or DHL. If you have carrier account, it will be fine to ship with your account, if not, you can pay the freight charge by trade assurance order.
3.How long is the sample lid time?
For existing samples, it takes 2-3 days. If you want your own designs, it takes 5-7 days, subject to you designs whether they need new printing screen .
4.How long is the production lead time?
It takes 10 days if the order quantity below 500 pcs , and 15-20 days if the order quantity exceed 1000 pcs. We have large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.
5.What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?
We have our own designer in house. So you can provide JPG, AI, cdr, or PDF. We will make 3D drawing for mold or printing screen for your final confirmation based on technique.
6.How many colors are available?
We match colors with Pantone matching System. So you can just tell use the Pantone color code you need. We will match the colors. Or we will recommend some popular and hot selling colors to you.
7.What is your payment term?
For small order below USD500 amount , usually we need 100% in advance . For order amount over USD500 we could accept 30% deposit and 70% before shipping . The payment needs to be settle via alibaba trade assurance order.
