WBCORE Strip Wound Three Phase Core is processed by automatic machines to ensure a smooth surface and a standardized product.
After winding,Wound Cores wil be cutted by CNC machines and after-finished to ensure dimensions within the toleranes.
Each pair of wound three phase cores will be marked with conspicuous characters to ensure correct assembly of transformer,inductor,chock,amplifier.

Three phase cores(SD cores)are produced in four standard ranges – Chinese,British, European Continental and American – all of which can be supplied to various electrical specifications. The cores covered by these standard ranges can be supplied with short despatch times.
Non-Standard Eletrical Steel Wound Three Phase Cores /SD Cores
Three phase cores(SD cores)can be manufactured outside the physical dimensions of the standard ranges for special applications. It is however,advantageous to utilise the standard ranges whenever practicable to obtain price and delivery advantage.
