Prouduct Strength
1. Hard Anodizing Treatment.
The actuator body has been treated with had oxidation, the hardness is higher than normal one. Its durability extends the service life.
2. SS304 Screw
Actuator body screws are made of German Stainless steel. Fine workmanship, guaranteed quality.
3. Hard Anodizing Treatment for Piston
The piston in the cylinder block is also treated by hard oxidation, and the deepening of the plug groove further fixes the screw device, thus avoiding the displacement and loosening of the spring during use.

Mounting Standard
Air supply connection is designed in accordance with NAMUR standard to install solenoid valves.
The NAMUR drive pinion and the NAMUR top mounting connection permit direct installation of accessories such as limit switch box and positioner.
Bottom mounting connection is designed in accordance with ISO5211 and DIN3337 standards for direct mounting with valve gear boxes or mounting brackets.
Torque Output of Double Acting Actuators
Selection of double acting actuator:
The suggested safety factor fo double acting actuators under normal working conditions is 20%-30%.
For example:
The torque needed by valve=100N.m.
The torque considering safety factor=100N.m*(1+30%)=130N.m
Air pressure=5Bar
According to the above table, we can choose the minimum model is VP-105D
