It's specification of size can be customized, the standard size is 110*110mm, but 200*200mm, 300*300mm,400*400mm can be customized  by your materials size or shape.

Laser is invisible, so the red dor can help you to show the target pattern size and laser position

As the picture shows, the target metal materials to be marked put on the fixed table.

Switch

this part includes laser power, Galvo scanner power, e-stop and a main power supply. the bottom usb interface supports u disk .

The standard height is 48cm. The bigger the working size is, the higer the lifting pillar is.

there are three power supply, the biggest one (in term of size) is for fiber laser source(24V), the middle one (15v) is for galvo scanner, and the small one is for JCZ control card. Two fans on the right side is to cool these parts. Fans work with these parts at the same time.

First, the machine will be packed with plastic wrap tightly, and the plastic wrap will be many layers onto the machine, the plastic wrap will stop the mosit air from entering the machine, this is very important during sea transportation, moist air will etch the machine.


Second, we will use the air cushion film to pack the machine, and it can avoid scratching the machine during the transportation.


Third, we will use the plywood case to package the machine for the last step, and we will also put some foam between the plywood case and the machine, the foam can buffer light impact during the transportation. And the bottom of the plywood case has steel beam, it can support the machine well. The plywood case is fumigation-free, it won't take any life to your country
