Ethephon is a kind of organic phosphine plant growth regulator, it has a wide use in agriculture, forestry, horticulture industry.Its effectiveness as a plant hormone is dependent on its rate of production versus its rate of escaping into the atmosphere. Ethylene is produced at a faster rate in rapidly growing and dividing cells, especially in darkness. New growth and newly germinated seedlings produce more ethylene than can escape the plant, which leads to elevated amounts of ethylene, inhibiting leaf expansion.

In 2007, the company developed Cyhalothrin-lamda together with Shanghai Institute for Food & Drug Control and started the construction of Nongda Biochemical Zone at Zhongmou County, Zhengzhou City according to the requirements of GMP. With investment of 50 million yuan the production line started to be constructed in March, it has entered full production stage in May 2008.
In 2013,our company cooperate with the scientific research institutions,focus on the development of new plant growth regulator in the field of bio-fermentation.At the same time,we buy 100 acres land in Mengzhou,of one hundred and sixty million yuan with in vestment to build a new factory named "Mengzhou Nongda Biochemical Park".
In 2017,large quantity of GA3 putted into production,20%WP,4%EC both get certificate for pesticide filed trial.
