Q: Are samples available?

Q: What’s the price for? Do they come with lens case?
A: All price we offer is FOB price, it’s for per pair(2 pieces/pair) with regular FreshGo package. The lens case is not including. For more details, please feel free to contact me via Messenger:cn1520544683mzop or WhatsApp:+86 18124577573.

Q: May I mix different colors and series(collections)?
A: Minimum order quantity(MOQ) of each series is 50 pairs, you can mix the colors or specify the colors in the same series. But you can not mix different series, because they are different price. If you are not sure about the colors, please feel free to send the messages to me.

Q: Is OEM service available?

A: We provide custom services, all parameters can be customized as per client's request, including the B.C (8.5mm-8.7mm), diameter (14.0mm-15.0mm), water content (38%-42%), power (-0.00~-8.00), packing (vial or blister), etc. Also, we could make the package with your logo. 

Q: How can I customize my own packages?
A: Customization of package is welcome.

MOQ of each order is 200pairs(200 pairs picked from the same collection or picked from different collections with 50pairs/color). Q: Shipping cost and expected delivery time?
A: To ensure faster and smooth delivery, we usually ship orders out by DHL.

 Upon receipt of an order, we process the order as specified and ship the order out within 48 hours except weekends. Normally it takes 5 business days to be delivered. For OEM, leadtime for a sample order is 10 days, for a big order, it is 1 month.

Q: What’s the diameter(DIA) of the lenses?
A: We sell colored lenses between 14.0mm and 14.5mm in terms of diameters, and we are adding more.

Q: Do you have prescription(power) lenses?
A: Yes, we do. But now only 5 series have myopia prescription and we are adding.

Q: Do you have lenses for hyperopia (+) or astigmatism?
A: No, we don’t have lenses for hyperopia (+) or astigmatism. Lenses for hyperopia (+) or astigmatism need to be customized, you can send us your requests and prescription slip, we may be able to help you.
