Konjac pasta is made with konjac flour containing the water soluble dietary fibre glucomannan. Studies have shown konjac glucomannan in diet is beneficial to our health in many ways:
Weight management – Glucomannan fills the stomach and slows the digestion process, which helps the consumer feel "full" for longer, reducing the urge for heavy meals or snacks.
Help control blood sugar level – By extending the time required to digest a meal, sugars and carbohydrates from other food intake are processed slower, which reduces spikes in blood sugar levels.
Reduce cholesterol – Glucomannan gel in the digestive system inhibits the absorption of lipids, such as LDL (bad cholesterol).

The eating instructions for precooked konjac pasta:
1. Open the package and drain liquid away;
2. Rinse the pasta under running tap water for 1-2 times;
3. Add the pasta to a pan, and fry for 2-3 minutes, add spices, sauces, or soup you wish;
4. If you do not wish to fry you can heat the pasta in the microwave for 1-2 minutes.

The eating instructions for instant konjac pasta:
1. Open the package and drain liquid away;
2. Wash the pasta under running tap water 1-2 times;
3. Put the pasta in a bowl, add boiled water and drain the boiled water away; (Actually no hot water is also OK, but it is better to use hot water and then mix sauce, it will be more tasty.)
4. Add any spice, sauce or soup you wish;
5. Next you can enjoy it.
