Product Description

 

It is made from Portland cement clinker mainly composed of hydraulic calcium silicate, and appropriate amount of gypsum by finely grinding. This product is a kind of basic oil well cement with two varieties, i.e. moderate sulfate resistant cement (MSR) and high sulfate resistant cement (HSR). It is specially used for cementing for the oil and gas well.  

 

G-class oil well cement is widely used in drilling and cementing operations of petroleum and natural gas, as well as sealing of well, salt well, sewage treatment well and geothermal well.

 

The cement of g-class oil well is often used to the depth of the well from the ground to 2440 meters. If appropriate retardant is added, it can also be used to the depth of the well up to 5000 meters.

 

To prevent deep Wells, downhole temperature over 100 ℃ high temperature well cement strength caused by shrinkage, silicon powder can be added to reduce heat generation to adverse effects.


G - grade (HSR) high sulfate - resistant oil well cement is suitable for severe sulfate - type erosion.

1. Strong sulfate resistance.

2. Good pumpability, stability and fluidity during cementing operation, so it can be operated safely.

3. Strong anti-permeability, compact hydration, high strength, low alkali and low heat properties.

4. Good adaptability to admixtures, compatible with various admixtures, and meeting the need of reducing comprehensive cost of cementing in oil fields.
